UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Standard (2nd Class): 2–5 business days
Tracked (1st Class): 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International. Delivery times vary by destination.

Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Important Notice for EU Customers

As Pin Badger is based in the United Kingdom, all orders shipped to the European Union are treated as imports. This means your order may be subject to customs handling fees charged by your local carrier or customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers in France should be aware that a mandatory €2 import handling fee is applied by French customs to all non-EU parcels valued under €150, regardless of the carrier used.
