When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to help if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please send me a message with a photo and I’ll be happy to help sort it out.
Are your items handmade?
My items are designed by me and professionally produced. Each order is carefully packed and checked before dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide from the UK.
How long for dispatch?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Please allow 2-3 days for dispatch.
